Which payment methods do you accept?

We accept Paypal, credit cards and debit cards.

How much is postage?

All prices on the website currently include postage.

What is your dispatch time?

We aim to post your item within 2 working days. Any delays and you will be notified.

Can I collect my order in person?

No, we don’t currently offer collection.

What is your returns policy?

If for any reason you are unsatisfied with an item you have purchased from this site, and it is undamaged, please return within 30 days for a full refund. Merchandise must be returned in the original carton with original packaging, accessories, and instructions. Products returned in non-saleable condition may be subject to a restocking fee.

Which countries do you post to?

We will ship to any country that does not currently have material restrictions.
If you are outside the UK, please contact us before placing an order.

I haven’t received my order, what should I do?

If your order has not arrived by your next, normal, delivery please contact us quoting Your Name, Item Description, Date Ordered  and Order Number if supplied.

Can I make changes to my order?

We usually post items before 17:00 the next working day. Please let us know as soon as possible before then if you wish to make any changes to your order and we will do our best.

Can I cancel my order?

If your order has been dispatched we ask you to adhere to our Return Policy whereupon we will credit you the full amount of your purchase. Not the cost of your return postage, but including any postage we may have charged you.

Can you make a specific design or personalise an item?

Absolutely. Specials are one of the delights of float and staff making.
